Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery: Our products are made to order. Orders will require a production lead time of at least 7 business days. We utilize USPS or UPS for delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once orders are shipped. 

International Shipping will utilize GlobalPost, a partner of USPS.

Local Pickup is available for Michigan Residents; Monday through Friday, 9am - 4pm EST.

Return Policy

  • "Custom Order Item" is NOT eligible for a return, refund, nor an exchange. A "Custom Order Item" are products engineered by Custom Amp Covers, inc. based on custom sizing instructions requested by you via the Custom Order form submissions page, https://www.amplifiercovers.com/custom-orders/
  • Any cover featuring an option upgrade such as an accessory pocket(s), double rear pocket, piping, dual colored covers, or handle flap, will NOT be considered for a return, exchange or refund. No exceptions.
  • You may request a return, refund, or exchange of your order within 14 days after you've received it but it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • You may request for a cancellation or a modification of your order but it will be subject to a 15% service fee once an order confirmation is generated.

Covers being returned should be folded as neatly as possible and shipped to:

Once the cover(s) have arrived in good condition, a return will be processed.

Warranty

Custom Amp Covers are guaranteed to be free of material defects and made with quality workmanship to provide the best possible fit and finish. If the cover is defective you may return it for a full refund at our expense. Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of the order and covers must be returned within 14 days of the approved request.
